Manage notifications
Review account-wide updates and choose which events appear in your inbox.
Before you start
A signed-in account.
Step by step
- Open Notifications and review unread updates. Check the Workspace named on an event before opening the related record.
- Use the read controls after reviewing an update, and use available filters to focus on relevant events.
- Open Settings → Notifications to choose which types of updates appear in your notification inbox.
- Continue checking Home and your record due dates when notifications are disabled.
Expected outcome
Your notification inbox reflects your preferences while operational work stays in its Workspace.
Troubleshooting
- An in-app notification does not prove an email or device push notification was sent.
- Changing preferences does not complete a task or change an Opportunity’s state.
