Recorded Jobs, applications or interviews in your account.
Step by step
- Open Insights to review activity across your Workspaces. Check the selected timeline and Workspace attribution.
- Read application, interview and outcome counts as a record of what you entered.
- Review the needs-attention section for missing Next Actions, overdue work and inactive Opportunities.
- Use the findings to choose records to review; update inaccurate or incomplete source records before interpreting trends.
Expected outcome
You can identify gaps in your workflow and understand the recorded progress of your searches.
Troubleshooting
- Small samples do not support strong conclusions. Some conversion rates wait for enough applications.
- Insights does not predict hiring outcomes or prove that a source caused better results.
