Create an account and recover access
Sign up, verify your email, finish onboarding, or reset a forgotten password.
Before you start
Access to the email address you will use for Roleway.
Step by step
- Choose Create account, enter your email, password and matching confirmation, and complete the security challenge when shown.
- Follow the verification email to confirm your address. Finish your profile and first Workspace in onboarding.
- For later visits, log in with the same account. Google sign-in is available only when the deployment enables it.
- If you forget your password, choose Forgot password on the login page and request a reset for your account email.
- Open the reset link and enter a new password. Return to login if the app asks you to sign in again.
Expected outcome
You can access your account and its Workspaces with a verified identity.
Troubleshooting
- A reset-request success message does not prove the email reached your inbox. Check spam and ensure the address is correct.
- If a link expires, request a fresh one and use the latest email. If the security challenge prevents submission, reload or try a supported browser before contacting support.
