What Roleway stores
Roleway stores the account email and the career information you choose to enter: profile and preferences, jobs, opportunities, tasks, notes, interviews, documents, and activity history.
How access is controlled
Account access is protected by authenticated sessions and owner-level data controls so signed-in users can access only records belonging to their workspace.
AI and external providers
AI is optional. When you connect a provider and send a request to Roleway Agent, Roleway sends the disclosed active-Workspace context to that provider to prepare a grounded answer, draft, or internal proposal. Nothing is sent in the background, and core tracking works without AI.
Telemetry and advertising
Roleway does not currently include advertising trackers or third-party product analytics. Infrastructure providers process limited technical request data required to host and secure the service.
Export and deletion
Authenticated users can download a JSON export or permanently delete their account and owner-scoped workspace data from Privacy & data settings. Account deletion cannot be undone.
