Understand Workspaces and plan limits
Manage active searches and saved content without losing history.
A Workspace is one focused job search. Free starts with one active Workspace; current limits appear in Plan & billing.
Archive an inactive Workspace in its settings to release an active slot. Archived records remain saved and count toward storage. Restore it when a slot is available.
Saved content includes Jobs, Opportunities, documents, versions, contacts, interviews, and Agent history. It measures stored JSON content, not uploaded files or physical database size.
When a plan expires or a limit is lowered, your records stay available. Additional growth is blocked until you free space or change plans. Export your records from Privacy & data before deleting anything.
