Keep useful notes and accurate career context

Before you start

An Opportunity and a tested provider connection in Settings → Agent for creating notes, or access to your account Profile settings.

Step by step

1. Open Agent, choose Create → Note, and identify the Opportunity. Tell Agent what to save from research, recruiter conversations or preparation, then review and approve the proposal. Open the saved result to read it under Activity → Notes.
2. Record the source and date when they matter. Distinguish an employer’s statement from your interpretation.
3. Maintain your name, headline and career summary in Settings → Profile. Review these facts before using Agent to prepare text.
4. Check every generated draft against your actual experience and the source listing before reusing it.

Expected outcome

Your preparation is understandable later and does not turn assumptions into career claims.

Troubleshooting

• Agent does not automatically read every note or every piece of career evidence. Provide relevant text when it says context is missing.
• Notes are internal records. Adding a note does not communicate with the employer.
